Mom and Baby in Natural Light
Last week I was asked to photograph this beautiful 2 week old baby at the family’s home in Charlotte. This photo of her mom holding her is one of my favorite images I’ve made. Maybe it’s because her expression reminds me of my own daughter; maybe it’s the natural light; maybe it’s just a sweet portrait of a baby with her mom.

I haven’t been shooting much in the last couple weeks. Here’s what’s coming up, though…
Some friends & I are setting up a photo workshop on the 16th. Looking to do a little creative collaboration and portfolio padding. Our location was gonna be a sweet junkyard in Charlotte. But it fell through, so we’re scrambling (a little) to get something else worked out. Got 5 photogs, 5 models, and a couple MUA/hair folks on the hook. So stay tuned for pics from that if it all gets together.
